Leave & Absence Manager — one of the stronger Archiet narrow-domain MVPs: request wizard, policies on leave types, blackouts, balances with carry-over fields, approvals with a calendar view, and a payroll export path. It is still not a Workday Absence or full Rippling PTO+payroll replacement: there is no proven multi-jurisdiction holiday and compliance engine, no ADP/Gusto-shaped file factory, and the accrual and ecosystem (Slack, HRIS) depth is MVP+, not enterprise-complete. Best fit orgs 50–500 in one primary country who can add payroll-format mapping later. If you are global on day one or need FMLA case management, plan extensions or a specialist absence suite.
