Performance Review System — a useful scaffold for a quarterly or annual cycle: ReviewCycle deadlines, Review phases, PeerFeedback and goals on a review, and a calibration surface with distribution views. It is not a Lattice- or Workday Talent-class product: there is no credible 360 nomination and invitation engine, no industry-strength calibration experience, and no always-on feedback, 1:1, or OKR cascade that product-led HR orgs require in 2026. Best fit mid-sized companies (50–500) with an internal people team willing to run structured semi-annual reviews in app while using separate tools for 1:1, engagement, and comp until the critical gaps are closed.
